For the past 3 years I've attempted to complete a 365 photo project which you can see here, here and here. I say attempted because every year I'm just a few days short of having taken a picture every day for one year. But this year, year four, is going to be different. I've decided to do a weekly "week in photos" blog post. I've never posted my daily photos on my blog before which is a little scary...I'm putting my work out there for others to like or dislike. Not that I think I take great photos or anything, but putting yourself out there is always scary. I decided to do this for two reasons...it will make me blog at least once a week (I know I've been slacking on blog posts) and by actively posting my photos for others to see I'm hoping it will help me take better pictures. I can't be lazy with my photos. Someone is going to see these photos (I hope) and by posting them regularly I'm now having to decide is this a photo I want to share. Is this my vision? Is this how I want to express my daily life? It's a much more active project then just posting a link in hopes that someone clicks on it. And it's exciting! Bear with me as I catch up on the past couple of weeks, Ebert and I just got back from vacationing in Phoenix and LA.
